AEOScope is run by an individual sole proprietor based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. There is no company behind this and no team — one person builds and runs it. Reach that person at support@tryaeoscope.com; the registered name and postal address are given to any customer, prospective customer or authority who asks for them by email.
Payment is taken by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record. They are the seller of record for your purchase, they handle the card details and any sales tax or VAT, and their receipt is your invoice. We never see or store a card number.
One payment buys 90 days of monitoring for one brand: a first full scan, a re-scan every week for the rest of the period, a dashboard, a report you can print, and an email when something changes. Access ends after 90 days unless you buy another period.
AEOScope measures how AI assistants answer buyer questions in your category. It does not improve those answers, and nobody can promise that it will. We do not write content for you, do not change anything on your site, and do not have any arrangement with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity that could influence what their assistants say.
No ranking, mention or score is promised. If anything on this site or in an email from us ever reads like a guarantee of a result, it is wrong and these terms win.
We ask Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity your category’s buyer questions through their official APIs with web search switched on, and discard any answer produced without a search. Assistants are not deterministic: the same question asked twice can return different brands. Consumer apps also add personalisation, memory and a different system prompt, so your own results in ChatGPT will not match ours exactly. Treat the trend and the competitor comparison as the signal, not a single absolute number.
Competitors are named only for factual comparison — which brands appeared in which answers. We publish no opinion about them and use none of their logos or brand assets.
Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password. Anyone who can read your inbox can reach your dashboard, so keep the address secure and tell us if it changes. One purchase covers one brand and the people at your own company. Agencies may show reports to the client they were produced for; reselling AEOScope access or reports as your own product is not permitted.
We may suspend an account that tries to break, overload or scrape the service, and will refund the unused part of the period if we do.
See the privacy policy. In short: we store the little we need, we do not sell it, and we delete it within 48 hours of your asking.
Business decisions are yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of this service is limited to what you paid for the current period, and we are not liable for lost profit or lost business. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.
If these terms change, the version in force for you is the one on the day you paid — we will email you before anything that affects a period you have already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India having jurisdiction. Before that, email me: almost everything is faster to fix than to argue about.
