An individual sole proprietor in Pune, Maharashtra, India, trading as AEOScope, decides how the data described here is used and is the person to write to about it: support@tryaeoscope.com. The registered name and postal address are given on request.
We store only what running the service requires:
We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store anything sensitive — no personal profiles, no payment details, no data about your own customers. Do not put such data into the category or competitor fields.
We stored the minimum needed to contact you once about something we had already measured: your work email, name, job title, company, and the result of a public scan of your category. That scan asked assistants public questions — nothing was taken from inside your site or any private source.
Reply asking to be removed, or use the opt-out link on the page we sent you, and your record is deleted within 48 hours. We keep only a one-way hash of your email address afterwards, for the single purpose of never contacting you again — keeping nothing at all would mean writing to you a second time.
We do not email people at EU, UK or Canadian companies, and we do not sell, rent or share prospect data with anyone.
Running this service means using other companies. Each one sees only what its job requires:
Scan results stay for as long as your access lasts and for 12 months after, so a returning customer keeps their history; ask and we delete them sooner. Prospect records are deleted within 48 hours of a request, and in any case once a prospect list is exhausted.
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. One email to support@tryaeoscope.com is enough — no form, no account required, no reason needed. We answer within 48 hours for deletion and within 30 days for anything else. This is what India’s DPDP Act requires of us, and we apply it to everyone regardless of where they are.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our database provider. Access to the production database is limited to the one person who operates the service. Sign-in links expire and can be used once. If a breach ever affects your data, you will hear it from us directly and promptly — not from a status page.
