Most disappointment with a first report is a wrong category — every question is written from it, so if that word is wrong the whole report is wrong. Reply to any email from me or write to support@tryaeoscope.com and say what you expected to see. Correcting it and re-running the whole scan costs you nothing and takes a day.
30 days from the day your first scan lands, ask and you get the whole $599 back. No form, no phone call, no reason required, and no condition of any kind. The window starts at the first scan rather than at payment, because until the scan lands you have not seen anything worth judging — and it is long enough to cover several weekly scans, so the decision is made on what the thing actually does over a month rather than on a first impression.
A ranking is not promised anywhere and never will be — AEOScope measures what the assistants say and has no arrangement with any of them. What is promised is the measurement: the first scan finds at least 20 sources the assistants cite when answering about your category and which are not your own site. If it finds fewer, ask and the whole $599 comes back, on the same terms as above and without the 30-day window applying.
The refund is processed by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record, back to the card you paid with. It is usually visible within five to ten working days depending on your bank, and any sales tax or VAT they collected comes back with it.
A refund closes the account and ends the licence to use what it produced. That means the remaining weekly re-scans stop, the dashboard closes, and the reports and PDFs stop being licensed to you or your client — they may not be kept in use, re-sent or presented after the money is returned.
Every report carries the name of the account it was produced for, which is how that licence stays checkable.
The first report is the smallest part of what you bought. The other 12 weekly scans are what show whether anything you changed actually moved the answers, and a refund forfeits all of them — including the remaining 9 weeks after the window closes. That is the trade.
A scan that does not finish is our cost, not yours: it re-runs automatically and the days lost are added back to your period. You do not need to ask for that.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement, and the payment provider’s own buyer-protection policy applies on top of this one.
